RETURN FOR STORE CREDIT

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your gear, we happily accept returns in exchange for store credit within 14 days of purchase.

Merchandise eligible for a store credit must be unworn, unwashed, and tags still attached. Please contact us and provide your name, order #, and reason for return.

Once we approve your return, we will provide you with the information you need to ship back your item. Customers are responsible for any shipping fees encountered. Please make sure to ship your package with a tracking number, as Lue & Me Apparel is not responsible for any lost parcels.

EXCHANGES

If your purchased item doesn't meet your needs, you have the option to exchange it for another size. If stock isn't available we can provide you with a store credit. Sale items are not eligible for returns.

CANCEL ORDERS

Once an order has been placed it may be processed immediately and cannot be cancelled. 

PICK-UP

A no charge pick-up option is available at checkout. You will receive instructions with your confirmation email once your order has been processed, within 5+ days. 

SHIPPING

Standard orders will ship within 5 business days via Canada Post.

Lue & Me Apparel is not responsible for:
- stolen packages or any lost items that can be tracked and marked as delivered.
- if the item has been shipped to the wrong address due to an incorrect entry, additional shipping charges will apply on the customer's behalf.

Lue & Me is not responsible for errors made by Canada Post. If your item is delayed past the Estimated Time of Arrival tracking date, please contact Canada Post directly.
